APPLICATION FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Associate Member of the South Carolina Telephone Association. Associate Members are vendors and suppliers to the telecommunications industry. Applications are approved by the SCTA Board of Directors.

As an Associate Member your company is entitled to:

• Meet with SCTA member companies at the SCTA Convention and other events.
• Exhibit at the SCTA Vendors Showcase
• Deliver Presentations and demonstrations to key company personnel.
• Gain access to key contacts through the SCTA Membership Directory.

Membership requirements:

• Completion and return of the enclosed application form.
• Payment of $400 to the South Carolina Telephone Association.
• SCTA Board of Directors approval Ð normally during Quarterly meetings.

By becoming an Associate Member you will gain access to key decision-makers of all of the Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers in South Carolina. If you have any questions, please call Linda Miller or me.
